سجل - إن كنت من "مقدمي الخدمة" - بياناتك الشخصية بما في ذلك إثبات الهوية الرسمي وبيانات الاتصال وعنوان الإقامة وسجل الخبرات والمهارات والمؤهلات. يعد اختياريا تسجيل فيديو مرئي للتحقق من الهوية ومصداقية البيانات، ويحق للمنصة التحقق من صحة البيانات وقبول أو رفض التسجيل أو طلب مستندات إضافية. ولا يتم التقديم على الخدمات عبر المنصة إلا بعد استكمال إجراءات التسجيل وقبول الحساب.

If you are a "service provider", register your personal data including official identity proof, contact details, residence address, experience history, skills, and qualifications. Recording a visual verification video is optional for identity and data-credibility checks. The platform may verify submitted data, approve or reject registration, or request additional documents. Service applications cannot be submitted through the platform until registration is completed and the account is approved.

سجل - إن كنت من "طالبي الخدمة" - بيانات مؤسستك، وموقعها القانوني، وأغراضها، وبيانات الوصول والاتصال، ثم أدخل تفاصيل شواغر نوبات الخدمة وطبيعة المهام والمتطلبات والمؤهلات اللازمة لمقدم الخدمة لضمان تنفيذ الخدمة بالشكل المطلوب.

If you are a "service requester", register your organization details, legal location, business purposes, and access/contact information, then fill in service-shift vacancy details, task nature, requirements, and qualifications needed from service providers to ensure proper service execution.

For accuracy purposes, the platform may collect certain data from service-requesting "companies". This data is used to operate the platform, enable service providers to apply for shifts, and support administrative, organizational, and operational needs, while complying with applicable privacy and data-protection laws.

تجمع المنصة مدخلات طالبي ومقدمي الخدمة لإنشاء حساب يتيح لك التصفح والنشر والتقديم على نوبات الخدمات المختلفة. ويسهم ذلك في تحسين تجربتك الشخصية من خلال التقييم الإلكتروني وإضافة الملاحظات والتوصيات، كما يستخدم للتواصل بشأن التحديثات والإشعارات ورسائل المنصة، ودعم الشركات وإدارة النوبات، والحد من محاولات الاحتيال بما يعزز الأمان.

The platform collects requester/provider inputs to create your account, enabling browsing, posting, and applying to service shifts. This improves your personal experience through digital ratings and recommendations, supports communication on updates/notifications/messages, helps companies manage shifts, and reduces fraud attempts to improve security.

تحمي المنصة معلوماتك وبياناتك المدخلة ولا تداولها إلا في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون أو الجهات المختصة.

The platform protects your submitted information and data and does not share it except within legal limits or with competent authorities.

تطبق المنصة إجراءات تقنية عالية ونظاما آمنا لحماية المعلومات من الوصول غير المصرح به أو الفقدان أو سوء الاستخدام أو التعديل. ومع ذلك، تبقى المخاطر التقنية واردة بطبيعتها، وتخلو مسؤولية المنصة من أي تسريب أو اختراق تقني أو فقدان للمعلومات.

The platform applies high-level technical safeguards and a secure system to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, technical risks may still exist by nature, and the platform disclaims liability for technical leaks, breaches, or data loss.

تخلو مسؤولية المنصة إذا استخدمت الشركات المسجلة أو غيرها بيانات مقدمي الخدمات خارج نطاق المنصة أو لأغراض تجارية خاصة بها أو لأي طرف ثالث، ويحتفظ مقدم الخدمة بحقه في الرجوع على الشركة مباشرة.

The platform is not liable if registered companies or others use provider data outside the platform scope or for their own/third-party commercial purposes. Service providers retain the right to claim directly against the company.

تحتفظ المنصة بمعلوماتك بغرض تقديم الخدمات ومتابعتك بأحدث الإشعارات المتعلقة بالمنصة وخدماتها، والامتثال للقواعد واللوائح القانونية، وإتمام المعاملات والاتفاقيات وحل النزاعات.

The platform retains your information to provide services, keep you updated with platform notices, comply with legal/regulatory requirements, complete transactions/agreements, and resolve disputes.

قد تستخدم المنصة ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتقنيات المماثلة لتخزين البيانات على جهاز المستخدم. ويمكنك التحكم بإعداداتها من جهازك أو متصفحك، مع العلم أن تعطيلها قد يؤثر في بعض الوظائف.

تتيح لك المنصة الوصول إلى حسابك وتعديل بياناتك بالإضافة أو التصحيح وربط حساب تابع وطلب حذف الحساب، وفق إجراءات المراجعة المعتمدة لدى القائمين على المنصة.

The platform allows you to access your account, add/correct data, link a sub-account, and request account deletion, subject to platform review procedures.

تعتمد المنصة إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة ومتوافقة مع الممارسات القياسية لحماية بيانات مقدمي وطالبي الخدمات من الوصول غير المصرح به أو الفقدان أو سوء الاستخدام أو التعديل أو الكشف غير المصرح به.

The platform uses reasonable technical and organizational controls aligned with standard practices to protect requester/provider data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure.

ومع ذلك، لا يوجد نظام رقمي محمي بنسبة 100%، ولا تقدم المنصة ضمانا مطلقا بشأن الأمان أو الحماية من المخاطر التقنية أو الاختراقات الخارجية، ويظل المستخدم مسؤولا عن حماية معلوماته وفقا لإعداداته وأجهزته.

However, no digital system can be 100% secure. The platform does not provide an absolute security guarantee against technical risks or external attacks, and users remain responsible for protecting their information through their own settings and devices.

تعمل المنصة وفقا للقواعد القانونية واللوائح التنظيمية السارية في جمهورية مصر العربية، ولا تحتفظ عن علم ببيانات شخصية لمن هم دون 18 عاما، ويتم حذفها فورا عند التأكد من ذلك.

The platform operates in accordance with applicable Egyptian laws and regulations and does not knowingly retain personal data for individuals under 18 years old; such data is deleted immediately once confirmed.

قد تحتوي المنصة على روابط لمواقع أو خدمات خارجية لأغراض تقنية أو إعلانية أو تسويقية وغيرها. تعد هذه الروابط مستقلة عن المنصة، وبالتالي لا تتحمل المنصة مسؤولية ما ينتج عن استخدامها أو محتواها.

The platform may contain links to external websites/services for technical, advertising, marketing, or other purposes. These links are independent from the platform, and the platform is not responsible for their content or consequences of use.

في حال عدم قيام المستخدم (طالب خدمة أو مقدم خدمة) بتحديث بياناته الشخصية أو التجارية المسجلة، تخلو مسؤولية المنصة عن أي تحديث غير مدخل. ويتعين على الشركة التحقق من البيانات قبل قبول مقدم الخدمة، وتحتفظ المنصة بأحقيتها في عمولة الوساطة المقدمة.

If a user (requester or provider) does not update registered personal/commercial data, the platform is not liable for missing updates. Companies must verify data before acceptance, and the platform retains its right to mediation commission.

تسعى المنصة للتطور التقني بشكل مستمر، ولذلك يتم تحديث هذه السياسة بصفة دورية، وتعرض التعديلات ضمن قسم سياسة الخصوصية. ويعد استمرار استخدام المنصة موافقة على النسخة المحدثة.

The platform continuously seeks technical improvement, so this policy may be updated periodically. Amendments are published in the privacy-policy section, and continued platform use constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
