gig home

gig is Egypt's youth workforce, in one app.

One place where young people find work that fits their week, and businesses find people who actually show up.

Why gig exists

Egypt has more young people ready to work than ever, and business owners who spend their week begging friends to cover a Saturday shift. Meanwhile a student who just wants a few paid days is stuck sending a CV nobody reads for a job that never needed one. Two problems that should solve each other, and no simple way to connect them.

So we built one. You verify once, then work shows up in the app: a day at an event, a season on the coast, an internship, or a full-time role after graduation. Businesses post once and reach 15,000+ verified young workers, and both sides rate each other so trust is out in the open.

How the marketplace works

  1. 1

    Verify

Workers confirm their identity. Businesses get checked before they can post.

  2. 2

    Match

Shifts and roles reach the right applicants in the app. No CV, one tap to apply.

  3. 3

    Work

Attendance and hours are tracked in the app, and both sides can see them.

  4. 4

    Get paid

Pay runs through gig: clear amounts for workers, one invoice for the business.

  5. 5

    Rate

Both sides leave a rating after every shift, so good work follows you to the next one.

What we hold ourselves to

Both sides verified

Identity-checked workers on one side, reviewed businesses on the other. No strangers.

Pay you can see up front

You know the amount before you commit, and fees only land on work that actually happened.

Arabic and English, equally

Use whichever you prefer, in the app and whenever you reach support.
